Philly Cheesesteak Recipe – Skillet or Sheet Pan Cheesesteaks

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
