This chair was very easy to install – all the tools, hardware and instructions came with the chair and were very simple to follow. No additional supplies were needed. Total unboxing and assembly took approximately 15 minutes.
Unfortunately, once assembled there are a few issues with this chair that prompted my review:
1) The seat cushion has a very strong chemical smell that lasted for several days.
2) The casters do not roll well. They are so different from my prior chair that when I pushed my feet to wheel the chair backward I nearly toppled over because I expected it to roll much more smoothly. The chair is sitting on commercial grade, low-pile carpet tiles. Other rolling chairs do not have this issue on the same carpeting.
3) The seat base tilts slightly to the left. I have tried turning the wheel base and adjusting the base/gas lift but that does not seem to have made any difference.
4) It is difficult to reach the adjustment lever because the right arm is in the way. It is a bit easier to reach when the arm is folded in the upright position, but it is still awkward to access.
Overall, I suppose if I expected a higher quality product I should have paid more.

Love this chair, I’ve never put one together, but this one was easier than I thought it be. Now the screws were all there but not labeled correctly… So I kinda figured it out on my own… But fits perfect under desk and having arms that go up and down are a plus… Very comfortable as well! Recommend!

Not too big. Not too small. Great price. I liked the first one so much, I bought a second. Oh, I did upgrade the wheels with Office Owl hardwood floor casters.

I’m writing this review as I am sitting in the chair for the first time after finishing setting it up.
Very easy to set up.
It rolls well on carpet
The cushion support is plush and doesn’t at all feel like cheap cardboard with fabric
Lumbar support is actually really nice. I’m genuinely surprised at how nice it is. Normally I’m half sitting in chairs because they’re too deep and flat, but this one has some quality back support. Because it’s mesh it also feels light and springy (tbd if that stays).
The chair can get good height. I usually like my chairs high up and this one gets me there.
MY FAVORITE THING (caveat in the 2 minutes I’ve been sitting in it) is that the arm rests fold up and are situated far back enough on the chair that I can sit cross legged in it. It is near impossible for me to sit normally in my home office chair and this one enables it.
Love it.

Bought this chair for my son’s room. He sits on it daily to do his homework and occasional gaming. It’s sturdy and comfortable.

After years of struggling with a worn-out desk chair, I finally decided it was time for an upgrade, and this chair checked all the boxes. The foldable armrests, reclining feature, comfortable cushion, adjustable height, and even the handy pocket on the back made it an easy choice.
I snagged it on sale for just $30, and I couldn’t be happier! It feels like an incredible value for the price, and I’m confident it’ll last me for years to come. Definitely one of the best deals I’ve ever found—HIGHLY recommend!

To be sure, this is not a high-end chair. However, assembling it was incredibly easy, and even with the limited number of position options, it is still a reasonably comfortable chair. The armrest are fixed. You can’t change spacing or elevation other than folding them back. The seat can be raised or lowered and can be unlocked so that you can rock back-and-forth. You also can change the tension on the chair so that you can easily rock back or make it tighter so that it’s harder to rock.
In my case, the chair works pretty well. I 5’9” and weigh too darn much. I’m not sure how long I can sit in this chair before it becomes uncomfortable. I just finally assembled it the other day and I am using it now. Based upon my current observations, it seems to be acceptably comfortable
If you’re gonna be spending hours and hours and hours at your desk, you may consider spending more money. Otherwise for short time periods, like maybe three or four hours, this chair is adequate and a decent value.
