Dolma – Stuffed Grape Leaves

Traditional Dolma – stuffed grape leaves with rice and meat!

Ingredients

  • 500g grape leaves
  • 2 cups Egyptian rice
  • 500g ground meat
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • Juice of 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. Soak grape leaves in hot water
  2. Mix rice with meat and vegetables
  3. Place filling on each leaf
  4. Roll into cylinder shape
  5. Arrange in pot
  6. Cook on low heat 45 minutes
