  1. 1Cook rice according to package directions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
  2. 2Whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and water until smooth. Season with salt. Refrigerate while you cook.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook 3 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and stir 30 seconds.
  4. 4Add ground beef and break it apart. Cook 5 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Add all spices and stir well to coat every bit of beef. Cook 2 more minutes until fragrant. Finish with lemon juice.
  5. 5Divide rice between 4 bowls. Top with spiced beef. Add cucumber, tomatoes, and lettuce. Drizzle generously with garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
