Traditional Dolma – stuffed grape leaves with rice and meat!
Ingredients
- 500g grape leaves
- 2 cups Egyptian rice
- 500g ground meat
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- Juice of 2 lemons
Instructions
- Soak grape leaves in hot water
- Mix rice with meat and vegetables
- Place filling on each leaf
- Roll into cylinder shape
- Arrange in pot
- Cook on low heat 45 minutes
