Ingredients
- 2 Ribeye Steaks (approx. 1 inch thick, room temperature)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, smashed
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- Salt & Black Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Steaks: Remove steaks from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry and season generously.
