Mixed Green Salad – Fresh & Healthy

Light and refreshing Mixed Green Salad perfect for any meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 100g corn kernels
  • 100g red kidney beans
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables.
  2. Add corn and kidney beans.
  3. Mix olive oil with lemon juice.
  4. Pour dressing over salad.
  5. Toss gently.
  6. Serve immediately.
