Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon bits
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, and cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Make sure the chicken is evenly covered.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  5. Top with turkey bacon bits before serving. Serve hot over rice, pasta, or noodles.
