Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Juicy inside, crispy outside, these healthy air fryer chicken wings are ready in just 25 minutes with simple seasonings and no deep frying.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil for basket
  • Optional: your favorite sauce

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and arrange the wings in a single layer without overcrowding.
  5. Air fry the wings for 12 minutes, flip them over, and continue cooking for another 12-15 minutes until crispy and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  6. Remove wings from air fryer and toss with your favorite sauce or serve plain.
