Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through; transfer to a plate.
Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return the chicken to the pan, spooning the garlic butter over the breasts for 1-2 minutes to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
