Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  2. 2Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. 3Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Place salmon skin-side UP and press gently. Sear 4 minutes until golden and crispy on the flesh side.
  4. 4Flip salmon skin-side down. Pour glaze over the fillets. Cook 3-4 more minutes, basting with the glaze, until salmon flakes easily and glaze is thick and sticky.
  5. 5Plate the salmon with a spoonful of extra glaze from the pan. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
